2. TO ENTER: For participants using a U.S. wireless carrier: Beginning 7:00am (PST) April 16, 2011, send a text to short code 83936 with keyword OFFROAD. Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm (PST) APRIL 17, 2011. In addition, you may enter online at www.lucasoiloffroad.com/text beginning April 16, 2011 at 7:00am (PST). Online entries must be received by 11:59pm (PST) April 17, 2011. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.
3. LIMITATIONS: Minors are ineligible to enter or win. Employees of Lucas Oil Products, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and their respective agencies, vendors or franchise partners and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash (except as provided herein) or transferable (except as provided herein); no substitutions are allowed except at the sponsor’s sole discretion, if featured prize becomes unavailable.
5. PROCEDURES: The drawing of three (3) winners will be selected from among eligible entries received from all entry methods combined in a random drawing on April 20, 2011. No individual shall be eligible to win more than one (1) of the Grand Prize.
6. WINNERS: The winners will be notified by phone and/or text message within 24 hours of the drawing. Winners will be required to provide proof of age, name, address, and email address, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If the Grand Prize is returned as undeliverable, unable to be contacted via phone or text message, Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select alternate winners. By accepting a prize, winner consents to use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, except where prohibited. In the event of a dispute, all mobile and online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such account by the Wireless cell phone provider, Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning account addresses for the domain and number associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All offers are non-transferable.
7. RESERVATIONS: By entering this sweepstakes, you accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers access providers or software including, but not limited to any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computers relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft tampering destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, illegible garbled or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes, in whole or in part, and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (“Sponsor Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize and waive any and all claims against Sponsor Parties for any and all such injuries, loss or damage.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, CONCERNING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR PARTIES OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OR OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Lucas Oil Products, Inc. will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules. Their decision shall be final and binding.
